30 minute targeted massage catered to individual needs and goals utilizing hot salt stones on tense, sore, and hypertonic muscles. Coconut oil is used for smooth, gliding strokes using firm and gentle pressure to ease sore muscles, promote relaxation, and increase circulation to superficial tissues near the skin. Stones are used in combination with other techniques to achieve best results. Schedule this massage if your goals include tension release in aching muscle areas, improve your mental health, and/or want a deep relaxation treatment.

Shakedia is alway in tune with me. She listens, asks questions - and she’s always observing to ensure you are getting the best massage.

I’m suffering from an injured shoulder. Because of her and my PT people working together - I have a good range of motion and it puts me in a better spot if I happen to need surgery.

I was beyond pleased with this massage. I had a few places that were so sore and tight and had asked to have those areas focused on. She did exactly what I asked of her and got so many of the spots worked out. She was very professional and the room for the massage was very quiet. Great atmosphere. I will be going back again!
