Shakeida did a 60 minute deep tissue massage today. Oh my gosh! She caused all the good pain! My whole body was tight because I’ve added in weight training and by the time she was done, I was no longer in pain. My glutes and hips were released. My lymph nodes released. My shoulders. This was an amazing massage. Deep, powerful…I felt like a new human!

Shakeida did an amazing job! I was very impressed with the atmosphere and how attentive she was to my problem areas. I already scheduled my next appointment!
