Shakeida did a 60 minute deep tissue massage today. Oh my gosh! She caused all the good pain! My whole body was tight because I’ve added in weight training and by the time she was done, I was no longer in pain. My glutes and hips were released. My lymph nodes released. My shoulders. This was an amazing massage. Deep, powerful…I felt like a new human!
